Nvidia founder Jensen Huang pushed back on calls to broadly slow down AI development, arguing the real fix is stricter safety controls at individual labs — not an industry-wide pause.
His view: any lab that can't reliably control what its own models do should stop, rather than the whole field being asked to move slower.
